近期基层预算单位编制部门预算中存在诸多问题,本文针对这一现象就如何完善基层部门预算编制,进一步提高基层部门预算的准确性和合理性提出了一系列的建议和意见。 Recently, there are many problems in the departmental budgeting of grassroots units of budgeting.
