2月29日,湖南省人大、省政府联合召开电视电话会议,对贯彻实施《湖南省实施<中华人民共和国民族区域自治法>若干规定》(以下简称《若干规定》)进行动员部署。会议由省政府省长助理袁建尧主持,省人大常委会副主任刘莲玉、省人民政府副省长盛茂林出席并作讲话。省人大民侨外委主任委员石光明、省民委党组书记、主任王德靖在主席台上就坐。
On February 29, Hunan Provincial People’s Congress and the provincial government jointly held a video-telephone conference to mobilize and deploy the “Hunan Province’s Several Provisions on the Implementation of the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Ethnic Regional Autonomy” (hereinafter referred to as “Certain Provisions”). The meeting was presided over by Yuan Jianyao, assistant governor of the provincial government. Liu Liangyu, deputy director of the provincial people’s congress, and Sheng Maolin, vice governor of the provincial people’s government attended and made speeches. NPCSC Shi Guangming, director of the Provincial People’s Committee and director of the provincial People’s Committee Wang Dejing, sat on the podium.
