煤炭部1986年6月《关于加强提升安全工作的紧急通知》文件中指出:为了有效地防止过卷、蹾罐和坠箕斗事故,提升绞车应根据提升容器的类别增设提升容器接近井口时速度不超过2m/s的后备保护、深度指示器失效等6种保护。我矿接到《紧急通知》后立即研制,并于1986年9月10日投入使用牌坊型深度指示器失效保护和罐笼接近井口时速度不超过2m/s的后备保护,现介绍如下。
