在缺乏相应根瘤菌的土壤中,对大豆接种根瘤菌剂,是有效的增产措施。贺兰山东麓新灌区近年大豆种植面积较大。我所1982年开始进行大豆接种根瘤菌肥效试验,1983年将试验扩大到地处贺兰山东麓的5个国营农场,共9个点次。现将试验结果报告如下。材料与方法大豆品种为铁丰18号。根瘤菌剂系辽宁省兽医生物药品厂生产,每克菌剂内含有活菌2亿以上。设小区试验和大田对比试验。小区试验设接种和未接种(对照)两个处理,顺序排列,重复4~6次,小区面积为
