含煤污泥浓缩脱水性能研究

为了更好地评价含煤生活污泥的浓缩脱水性能,研究了不同矿区含煤生活污泥的比阻(SRF)、毛细吸水时间(CST)、含固率(DS)等指标及其相互关系。结果表明,聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)调理前与调理后含煤生活污泥的SRF、CST与DS之间存在正相关性,SRF与CST之间存在显著的正相关性(R2≥0.9),CST可以作为评价矿区含煤生活污水污泥浓缩脱水性能的指标,污泥干重0.8%的PAM调理即可取得较好效果;采用含煤生活污泥的回归曲线,通过CST对煤矿矿井水污泥和城镇生活污水污泥的SRF进行预测检验,偏离度均大于20%,说明含煤污泥与其他污泥浓缩脱水性能存在较大不同。 In order to better evaluate the dewatering performance of coal-bearing domestic sludge, SRF, CST and DS of different coal mines were studied, and their correlations were also studied .
