随着经济和社会的发展,人们认知水平的提高,近年来,社会各界对高校教育以及大学生的身心健康和综合素质发展的重视程度提高,其中体育方面的发展格外引人关注,本文就针对不同教育方式对高职大学生健康素质的影响进行深入了解和分析,通过采用分组比较,调查问卷,先后差异等科学的调查方法进行研究,研究结果表明:不同的体育教学方式在不同程度上对高职大学生的心理及身体素质起到有利影响。有效的促进了高职大学生的健康素质发展。对高校教育总体水平的提高起到了积极影响。但是,不可忽视的是,由于素质教育施行时间不长,对于健康素质研究缺乏经验,我国高职大学在体育教学上的发展参差不齐难以满足提高高职大学生健康素质的要求,需要我们做出足够的努力,不断改进和吸收不同的体育教学方式,提高高职大学生的健康素质。
