上海是人口众多的国际大都市。人口的变迁给上海经济发展带来巨大影响。近几年来,上海人口变迁的一个明显趋势,由市中心城市向郊区新建城区转移,中心城区的人口密度逐步下降。这一趋势已经并且将在很长时期内影响着上海郊区的发展。本文试图通过对全国第五次人口普查结果的分析,揭示上海人口变迁与上海郊区发展之间的潜在联系,并对上海郊区应如何调整发展战略、赢得先发优势提出对策建议。
Shanghai is a large population of international metropolis. The demographic transition has had a huge impact on Shanghai’s economic development. In recent years, a clear trend of Shanghai’s demographic transition has shifted from downtown urban centers to newly built urban areas in suburban areas, with the population density in central urban centers gradually declining. This trend has been and will affect the development of Shanghai’s suburbs for a long time. This article tries to reveal the potential relationship between the population changes in Shanghai and the development of Shanghai’s suburbs by analyzing the results of the fifth national census. It also gives some suggestions on how Shanghai’s suburbs should adjust their development strategies and win the first mover advantage.
