In order to push forward the construction of national defense reserve forces in accordance with the path of military and civilian integration, we must deepen the concept of integration and clarify the basic idea of the integrated development of national defense reserve forces. We should boldly explore practice and make clear the main direction of the integrated development of national defense reserve forces. We should adhere to the principles of reform and innovation, Long-term Mechanism for Convergent Development of National Defense Reserve Forces.
