职业教育通俗来讲就是就业教育。职业教育是以就业为导向,培养的是学生的实际动手能力,因此职业院校专业设置与区域产业布局密切相关。目前职业教育存在专业结构尚缺乏科学的整体规划和协调,与产业结构联动机制不完善,人才需求结构与产业结构不太适应等问题。因此要根据区域经济的发展需求,科学规划,建立校企深度合作机制,提高专业与产业的结合度。
Vocational education is generally speaking, employment education. Vocational education is employment-oriented and cultivates the practical ability of students. Therefore, the professional setting of vocational colleges is closely related to the distribution of regional industries. At present, the professional structure of vocational education still lacks scientific overall planning and coordination, and the linkage mechanism of industrial structure is not perfect, the structure of talent demand and the industrial structure are not well adapted. Therefore, according to the development needs of the regional economy, scientific planning, the establishment of a depth cooperation mechanism between schools and enterprises, to improve the degree of professional and industrial integration.
