目的:研究三萜皂苷类成分在三叶木通藤茎中的积累动态变化,以确定合适的采收时期和采收年限。方法:以同一生长条件下不同生长年限、不同采收时期的三叶木通藤茎为材料,用高效液相色谱法对其主要活性成分齐墩果酸和常春藤皂苷元的含量进行测定。结果:1~6年是三叶木通藤茎中齐墩果酸的积累期,7~8年的含量快速增长,至9年达到最高,10年其含量又迅速下降,10年以上的含量与1~6年的相比无明显差异;常春藤皂苷元的积累随生长年限无较大变化。结论:三叶木通藤茎的合适采收年限为8~9年。8年生三叶木通藤茎中齐墩果酸、常春藤皂苷元的含量均在9月上旬达到最高,综合考虑用药习惯和三萜皂苷含量,确定8月下旬至9月下旬为三叶木通的最适采收期。
Objective: To study the accumulation of triterpene saponins in Cunninghamia lobatune stem cane dynamic changes in order to determine the appropriate harvest time and harvesting years. Methods: The contents of oleanolic acid and hederagenin, the major active components of Cunninghamia lanceolata Cunninghamia Lanceolata under different growth stages and different harvesting times under the same growth condition, were determined by high performance liquid chromatography. Results: The accumulation of oleanolic acid in cane stems from 1 to 6 years was rapid. The contents of oleanolic acid increased rapidly from 7 to 8 years and reached the highest level in 9 years. The contents of oleanolic acid decreased rapidly in 10 years. There was no significant difference between 1 and 6 years. The accumulation of hematogen sapogenin did not change significantly with the growth years. Conclusion: Cunninghamia Cane stem suitable harvesting period of 8 to 9 years. The content of oleanolic acid and hederagenin in 8-year-old Clover wood reached the highest in early September. Considering the medication habits and the content of triterpene saponin, The optimal harvest period.
