建设法治政府,是全面落实依法治国基本方略的重要内容,更是时代和人民对中国政府提出的新要求、新期待。法治政府的建设成功与否,关键在人民,难点也在人民。本文鉴于“8.12”天津港爆炸事件经验教训,结合“以人为本”思想,从“相信谁”“依靠谁”“为了谁”三个方面,具体谈法治政府建设。
Building a government ruled by law is an important part of the comprehensive implementation of the basic principle of governing the country according to law. It is even more a new request and a new expectation that the times and the people put forward to the Chinese government. The success of the construction of a government ruled by law, the key is the people, the difficulties are also the people. Based on the experiences and lessons of the “8.12” Tianjin Port Explosion and the “people-oriented” thinking and the construction of the government under the rule of law from the following three aspects: “who to trust” and “who to whom” .
