截止到2004年年底,随着吉林白云机械厂整体迁出吉林省东丰县山区,吉林省军工行业一段极不寻常的历史宣告结束:曾那样神秘而又为众多人知晓;曾一度辉煌后又困难重重的“三线”企业已不复存在。历经30多年,吉林省23户“三线”企事业单位终于全部告别深山,搬迁进城。与此同时,经过近三年的集中攻坚和重点安置,全省军工行业的改革脱困工作也已基本完成。为此,日前,吉林省国防科工办受到国防科工委和吉林省政府的通报嘉奖。
