全国组织部长学习贯彻党的十七届四中全会精神之县委组织部长培训班,于2009年11月14日分别在中央党校和国家行政学院开班。中共中央政治局委员、中央书记处书记、中组部部长李源潮在培训班上指出,要认真贯彻落实四中全会提出的新要求,以改革创新精神做好新形势下组织工作,当一名组织放心、干部信任、人民满意的组织部长。学习归来,如何更好地学习贯彻党的十七届四中全会精神,本刊记者许小华先后采访了五位县委组织部长,请他们联系工作实际谈了各自的认识。
