以溶血试验、红细胞还原型谷胱甘肽测定、受照质粒PUC18DNA单链断裂的测定、受照小鼠肝和肾匀浆脂质过氧化物的测定作为指标,检测了甲酸钠的抗氧化作用.结果表明:甲酸钠能显著地降低受60Coγ射线照射的红细胞的溶血水平(P<0.01);显著抑制VitC/Fe++诱导的红细胞悬液还原型谷胱甘肽的耗竭(P<0.01);显著抑制受照质粒PUC18DNA单链断裂程度(P<0.05或P<0.01);显著地抑制受照小鼠肝、肾匀浆丙二醛水平的升高(P<0.05).结果提示:甲酸钠具有抗氧化作用,能抑制氧自由基对机体的损伤作用.
The hemolysis test, erythrocyte reduced glutathione assay, irradiated plasmid PUC18DNA single-strand break assay, and the determination of lipid peroxides in irradiated liver and kidney homogenates were used as indices to evaluate the anti-oxidative effect of sodium formate. The results showed that sodium formate could significantly reduce the hemolytic level of erythrocytes irradiated by 60Coγ ray (P <0.01) and significantly inhibited the depletion of reduced glutathione (P <0.01) induced by VitC / Fe ++. (P <0.05 or P <0.01), and significantly inhibited the increase of malondialdehyde (MDA) in liver and kidney homogenate of irradiated mice (P <0.05 ). The results suggest that sodium formate has anti-oxidant effect and can inhibit the damage of oxygen free radicals on the body.
