近年来土木工程施工建设数量和规模不断增加,人们对土木工程施工质量的要求也越来越高。然而,近年来土木工程施工中问题频发,对整个工程的质量造成了较为严重的影响。因此,加强土木工程的施工管理,通过先进的管理手段对土木工程中可能出现的问题进行管控,杜绝施工隐患,保障土木工程的施工质量是十分必要的。本文结合土木工程的施工特点,。对土木施工管理工作存在的问题进行了讨论,并针对这些问题提出了一些建议。
In recent years, the number and size of civil engineering construction continues to increase, people’s requirements for the quality of civil engineering construction is also getting higher and higher. However, frequent problems in civil engineering construction in recent years have had a serious impact on the quality of the entire project. Therefore, it is very necessary to strengthen the construction management of civil engineering, to control the possible problems in civil engineering through advanced management methods, to eliminate construction hidden dangers and ensure construction quality of civil engineering. This article combines the construction characteristics of civil engineering. The existing problems of civil engineering construction management were discussed, and some suggestions were put forward for these problems.
