1病例报告患者女,75岁。因上腹痛,伴有呼吸困难4 h入院。4 h前无诱因出现上腹痛,呈剑下及左上腹持续性胀痛,放射至胸骨后下段,阵发性加剧;伴呼吸困难,胸闷、气促、大汗,无发热。既往有高血压病史,平时口服降压药。入院查体:血压175/100 mmHg。急性病容,神清,颈静脉无怒张。双肺呼吸音粗,双下肺可闻及少量湿啰音慕缟源?心率87/min,律齐,二尖瓣 A case report patient female, 75 years old.
