本文介绍的是使液压执行元件(油缸或液压马达)同步的一种方法,运用在试验机升降系统中。它通过单向分流阀起作用,使两个油缸或液压马达同步上升和下降。同时介绍了单向分流阀的结构和工作原理,分析了分流阀各参数之间的关系,分流精度,补偿能力,计算方法,记录了工厂实测分流精度的数据以及应用回路。此种同步方法分流精度可达到1%,结构简单,工作可靠,可适用在海洋开发,武器发射架工程,建筑,轧钢,试验机等部门。
This article describes a hydraulic actuator (cylinder or hydraulic motor) is a method of synchronization, the use of test machine lifting system. It acts through a one-way diverter valve, allowing both cylinders or hydraulic motors to rise and fall simultaneously. The structure and working principle of the one-way diverter valve are also introduced. The relationship among the parameters of the diverter valve, the accuracy of diverting flow, the compensating ability and the calculating method are analyzed. The data of the measured diverting accuracy and the application loop are recorded. The shunting accuracy of this synchronization method can reach 1%. The structure is simple and reliable. It can be applied to marine development, weapons launching frame, construction, rolling mill, testing machine and other departments.
