In Malaysia, media reports said that shortly before the Malaysian Ministry of Housing and Local Government Datuk Seri Wong Ka-Ting said that the goal of a Chinese-language publishing business should be proportional to the Chinese population, with Chinese books accounting for 25% of the market.
