Early life stress (ELS), negative events encountered before adulthood, such as the loss of parental and physical abuse experienced by children in their early years, can lead to major depressive disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder and schizophrenia [ 1]. The physiological responses caused by psychological stress include the changes of the immune system during psychological stress [2-3]. Maternal love deprivation belongs to early life stress .
