我院急诊科于1995年8月～1999年8月收治急性重度有机磷农药中毒176例。本文对胃管内注入碘解磷定(解磷定)治疗与常规洗胃治疗急性重度有机磷农药中毒病死率进行比较,报告如下。1 病例与方法
