当前电子商务已经成为企业经营的重要手段,许多企业开始将部分乃至全部的业务转至网上进行。在电子商务竞争环境下,企业经营中的各种竞争力量将可能发生重大变化。分析由电子商务所导致的行业五种竞争力量的变化,提出企业通过运用电子商务活动来实施竞争战略以获取竞争优势的基本策略。
At present, e-commerce has become an important means of business management. Many enterprises start to transfer some or all of their business online. In the competitive environment of e-commerce, various competitive forces in business operations will likely undergo major changes. Analyzes the changes of the five competitive forces in the industry caused by e-commerce, and proposes the basic strategy for enterprises to implement competitive strategies through the use of e-commerce activities to gain competitive advantage.
