星载痕量气体差分吸收光谱仪是一种大视场天底观测方式的成像光谱仪,采用面阵CCD探测器。在成像光谱仪空间维的每列探测像元存在响应非均匀性,会在观测的遥感数据中引入仪器相关的高频光谱结构。星载痕量气体差分吸收光谱仪的像元响应非均匀性的校正需要考虑两个因素:光谱弯曲效应和大视场。基于此,提出来一种像元响应非均匀性校正方法。结果表明,光谱图像的光谱弯曲和像元响应的非均匀性得到了有效的校正,去除了光谱图像中的高频光谱结构。
On-board trace gas differential absorption spectroscopy is a large field of view of the bottom of the imaging spectrometer, the use of area array CCD detector. In response to inhomogeneity in each column of detection pixels in the imaging spectrometer’s space dimension, the instrument’s associated high-frequency spectral structure is introduced into the observed remote sensing data. Two factors need to be considered in the correction of nonuniformity of the pixel response of the on-board trace gas differential absorption spectrometer: spectral bending effect and large field of view. Based on this, a pixel nonuniformity correction method is proposed. The results show that the spectral curvature of the spectral image and the nonuniformity of the pixel response are effectively corrected, and the high frequency spectral structure in the spectral image is removed.
