俄罗斯从事雷达设计的NNSRRI公司(下诺夫哥罗德科学研究无线电技术研究所)正同美国的Aydin公司一道研究开发俄国的Barrier(屏障)VHF双基地雷达网,Aydin公司负责系统集成。 正如在3月阿布扎比国际防务展览会上所展现的那样,Barrier雷达网是在配备背对背收、发设备的现有NNSRRI VHF雷达基础上建立的。数部雷达通过通信链连接在一起,链路中第二部雷达在作为下一部雷达辐射/照射器的同时,又充当目标反射的第一部雷达辐射信号的接收机(依此类推)。
Russia’s NNSRRI company (Nizhny Novgorod Institute of Scientific Research Radio Technology) is working with Aydin, a U.S. company, to research and develop a Barrier (barrier) VHF bistatic radar network in Russia. Aydin is responsible for system integration. As demonstrated at the International Defense Exhibition in Abu Dhabi in March, the Barrier radar network was built on existing NNSRRI VHF radars equipped with back-to-back equipment. Several radars are linked together by a communications link, while the second radar in the link serves as the receiver for the first radar radiation reflected by the target while acting as the next radar radiator / irradiator (and so on).
