压力铸造是精密铸造中一种高效率的生产方法。由于生产效率高,产品质量好,尺寸精确,表面光洁,能节约大量原材料等一系列优点,已受到了各个工业部门的重视。但是,我国的压铸技术和世界先进水平相比,差距很大。国内现有设备及工艺等还处在落后状态,如加料、取件、喷敷涂料等工序仍是手工操作,这样不但劳动强度大,而且铸件质量不稳定,同时又在高温下操作,不利于安全生产。为了改变这种状况,使压铸工艺能够更好地发挥其优越性,适应社会主义建设发展和实现四个现代化的需要,就必须逐步实现压铸机械化和自动化。为此,我们经过多年的摸索和实践,终于试制成功了现在的单臂回转式自动浇注机械手,经过生产实践的考验,基本上已能满足生产需要。

To this end, we after years of exploration and practice, and finally trial success of the current single-arm rotary automatic pouring robot, after the test of production practice, basically able to meet the production needs.
