目的:探索班主任工作策略对中职生综合素质提高的影响。方法:采用观察法、实践法在2013级护理3班运用民主、科学的管理理念,实施日常班级管理;用爱心感化学生,进行养成教育;让兴趣作动力,激发学生乐意学习、自主学习。运用“贴标签”效应,并使学生学会自我调节。结果:班级量化考核学校排名第一;生均及格率100%,优秀率43.5%;学校“天使疯狂”知识竞赛第一名;红歌赛、广播操比赛等一等奖。结论:班主任是班级的灵魂,其管理策略直接影响到一个班级学生的能力和素养。
Objective: To explore the effect of class teacher’s work strategy on the overall quality of secondary vocational students. Methods: Using observation method and practice method, three classes in 2013 were applied to democratic and scientific management concepts to implement day-to-day class management; students were educated with love to develop education; interest was used as motivation to stimulate students’ willingness to learn and self-study. Use “label ” effect, and enable students to learn self-regulation. Results: The school ranked first in quantitative assessment; students pass rate of 100%, excellent rate of 43.5%; school “angel crazy ” knowledge contest first prize; red song competition, radio competition and other first prize. Conclusion: Class teacher is the soul of the class, and its management strategy directly affects the ability and accomplishment of a class of students.
