缸筒是液压缸的主体零件。设计缸筒时不仅要保证液压缸有足够的推力、速度和有效行程,而且必须具有足够的强度和刚度,以便承受液体压力和其它外力的作用。现在液压系统的工作压力越来越高,有的已达1400公斤力/厘米~2以上,因而高压、超高压液压缸缸筒的强度和刚度就显得越来越重要。下面分别论述单壁缸筒、带凸缘的缸筒、加强环缸筒、双壁缸筒和缸底的设计计算方法。一、薄壁缸筒的强度计算
