现阶段,建筑行业已经成为我国朝阳产业,而在其交易方式方面,公开招标逐渐成为有形建筑市场中的重点。然而,因为我国市政行业的管理属于粗放型,而且经营者的文化层次也不高,进而导致企业的科技发展速度缓慢。而为了更好地提高市政施工企业在建筑有形市场当中的投标成功率,就需要采取相应的对策来解决。文章以SWOT分析法和管理控制论的方法分别对投标前决策和投标决策进行研究,希望可以提高市政施工企业的建筑有形市场投标成功率。
At this stage, the construction industry has become a sunrise industry in our country, and in the way of trading, open tendering has gradually become the focus of the tangible construction market. However, because the management of municipal industry in our country is extensive, and the cultural level of managers is not high, which leads to the slow development of science and technology in enterprises. In order to improve the bidding success rate of municipal construction enterprises in the physical building market, it is necessary to take corresponding measures to solve them. This article studies the pre-bidding decisions and bidding decisions respectively by means of SWOT analysis and management control theory, hoping to improve the successful bidding rate of the municipal construction enterprises in the building physical market.
