发达国家之所以发展快,并能基本保持稳定,根本原因是他们能从思想观念到政治制度,从科学技术到生产实践,不断地进行全面的创新。我们面临的一切挑战也只有通过创新去解决。创新是全面落实科学发展观、构建社会主义和谐社会的迫切需要,是国家发展战略的核心,是提高综合国力的关键。
The fundamental reason why the developed countries developed rapidly and basically remained stable was that they could make continuous and comprehensive innovations from ideas and concepts to the political system and from science and technology to production practice. All the challenges we face can only be solved through innovation. Innovation is the urgent need of fully implementing the scientific concept of development and building a harmonious socialist society. It is the core of our national development strategy and the key to raising the overall national strength.
