Hemolytic anemia is a group of diseases caused by the shortening of life expectancy of erythrocytes and the increase of damage beyond the compensatory ability of hematopoiesis. Erythrocyte damage increased, including anemia, jaundice, splenomegaly, increased urinary (feces) gall bladder, hemoglobin blood (urine) disease, shortened life span of red blood cells, reduced plasma haptoglobin and so on. The compensatory increase of hematopoietic capacity is based on the increase of reticulocytes, the maturity of erythrocytes, the appearance of a large number of abnormally shaped, hyperchromatic and alkalophilic erythrocytes in peripheral blood, and the emergence of Howell-Jolly’s small Body and Cabot (Ring) ring, the increase in naive erythrocytes in the bone marrow
