目的了解基层医院临床不合理用药情况,分析不合理处方,为促进合理用药提供理论依据,提高医院的用药水平。方法采取随机抽取的方法,抽取我院2007年1-12月部分门诊处方和住院病历处方,从中挑选出不合理处方依据统计学方法进行归纳并分析。结果审核门诊处方8 800张,住院病历处方200张,其中不合理用药处方1 582张,占总数的17.6%。结论我院临床合理用药占大部分,但也存在不少问题,应制定相应措施,提高医院用药的合理性和安全性。
Objective To understand the situation of unreasonable drug use in primary hospitals, to analyze unreasonable prescriptions, to provide a theoretical basis for promoting rational drug use and to improve the level of medication in hospitals. Methods A random sample was taken to extract prescriptions of some outpatients and inpatient records from January 2007 to December 2007 in our hospital, and the unreasonable prescriptions were selected to be summarized and analyzed according to statistical methods. Results Eighty-eight out-patient prescriptions and 200 in-patient medical records were reviewed. Among them, 1 582 were irrational prescriptions, accounting for 17.6% of the total. Conclusion Most of the clinical rational use of drugs in our hospital, but there are also many problems, should develop appropriate measures to improve the rationality and safety of the hospital medication.
