综合运用实地调研、文献分析、会议研讨、案例研究等方法,通过中高职旅游管理专业人才供求调研,借鉴英国职业教育标准的理念和经验,开发了具有中国(广东)特色的旅游职业能力标准、中高职衔接旅游管理专业教学标准、课程标准和考核评价标准,初步构建了中高职衔接的旅游管理专业人才培养标准体系。 Through comprehensive research and literature review, literature review, conference discussion and case study, this paper develops tourism professional competence standards with the characteristics of China (Guangdong) through the research on the supply and demand of tourism management professionals in higher vocational colleges and by reference to the concepts and experiences of British vocational education standards , Vocational education convergence tourism management teaching standards, curriculum standards and assessment criteria, the initial construction of the convergence of tourism in higher vocational education personnel training standard system.
