以4 个对光照强度敏感性不同的甜椒品种为试材, 分别给予100 % 、70 % 和35%光强处理。结果表明: 70 % 光强下甜椒产量显著提高, 植株净光合速率最高, 夜间呼吸速率最低。随光强的减弱, 甜椒的光补偿点降低, 而叶片叶绿素含量、捕光叶绿素a/b 蛋白复合体(LHCP) 含量增加。叶片低温荧光发射光谱显示, 反映激发能在两个光系统间分配情况的F686/F740 比值先下降后又升高。对弱光适应性强的品种具有较低的光补偿点和夜间呼吸速率;与正常光下相比, 弱光下其叶绿素和LHCP含量增加不显著, 而F686/F740 比值增幅较大。
Four sweet pepper varieties with different light intensity sensitivities were treated with 100%, 70% and 35% light intensity respectively. The results showed that the yield of sweet pepper increased significantly under 70% light intensity with the highest net photosynthetic rate and the lowest respiratory rate at night. With the decrease of light intensity, the light compensation point of sweet pepper decreased, while the content of chlorophyll and the content of light-harvesting chlorophyll a / b protein complex (LHCP) increased. The leaf low temperature fluorescence emission spectra showed that the ratio of F686 / F740, which reflects the distribution of excitation energy between the two light systems, firstly decreased and then increased. Compared with normal light, chlorophyll and LHCP content in low light intensity increased insignificantly, while the ratio of F686 / F740 increased significantly in low light adaptability varieties with low light compensation point and night respiration rate.
