目的调查国际航行船舶海员急救知识知晓情况,并分析其影响因素,为制定急救知识普及策略提供参考。方法对2015年8-12月在京唐港口岸出入境的海员进行调查,参照通用的急救知识调查问卷自行设计调查问卷,调查问卷共7项,分别为创伤急救、心肺复苏、中毒、触电、中暑、溺水及液体喷溅。采用SPSS 18.0统计软件进行统计分析。结果海员急救知识知晓率最高的为触电紧急措施,为89.2%,最低为四肢束扎时间急救,为10.9%。影响急救知识知晓率的因素包括年龄、职务、学历(P<0.05)。结论国际航行船舶海员部分急救知识和技能知晓率偏低,应重点关注低学历、高年龄的普通船员。
