高平尾结构具有气动干扰小、省油、操纵方便的优点,国内外支线飞机常采用这种结构。该文基于某型飞机高平尾结构在制造和装配过程中产生的典型制造偏离,分析了不同制造偏离的工程处置技术,供设计人员和制造人员参考,以提高产品质量。
High-tail structure with pneumatic interference small, fuel-efficient, easy to operate the advantages of the regional aircraft are often used at home and abroad this structure. Based on the typical manufacturing deviations in the manufacture and assembly of a high-level tail structure of a certain type of aircraft, this paper analyzes engineering deviations from different manufacturing techniques for designers and manufacturing personnel to improve product quality.
