用4 层对称轧制复合法制备了15m m 厚,不同厚比 ηs 的 S U S304/ A A3003 层压复合板。研究了厚度比 ηs 对 S U S304/ A A3003 层压复合板成形性能的影响。结果认为,随着厚度比ηs 的增加, S U S304/ A A3003 层压复合板的应变硬化指数n 有增大的趋势,而塑性应变比 R 值急剧增加,表明在成形过程中承受拉力或压力时,抵抗变薄或变厚的能力增强。以 S U S304 作内层材料所作极限拉深比 L. D. R 值为215 ,表明用这种方法制备的该材料具有很好的二次加工成形性能
The S U S304 / A A3003 laminated composite board with thickness of 15 m and different thickness ratio ηs was prepared by 4-layer symmetrical rolling composite method. The effect of thickness ratio ηs on the formability of S U S304 / A A3003 laminates was investigated. The results show that with the increase of the thickness ratio ηs, the strain hardening index n of S U S304 / A A3003 laminated composite board tends to increase, while the plastic strain ratio R sharply increases, indicating that during the forming process, the tensile stress or pressure When the resistance to thinning or thickening of the enhanced ability. To S U S304 as the inner material for the ultimate drawing ratio L. D. R value of 2 15, indicating that the material prepared by this method has good secondary formability
