液性塑料胀紧定心机构的定心精度很高,可达0.002～0.004mm。85年7月,我们利用它这一特点设计了一套同轴度量具,用以测量L20/27柴油机气缸盖进排气阀导管孔与阀座孔的同轴度。气缸盖的技术要求见图1。量具结构见图2。
Centering accuracy of liquid plastic expansion centering mechanism is very high, up to 0.002 ~ 0.004mm. In July of this year, we designed a set of coaxial measuring instruments to measure the coaxiality of the inlet and outlet valve pilot bore and valve seat bore of L20 / 27 diesel engine. The technical requirements of the cylinder head shown in Figure 1. Measuring structure shown in Figure 2.
