【目的】研究婴幼儿喂养行为与神经心理发育的相关关系,为临床干预提供依据。【方法】选取2004年1月~2007年12月在本院儿童保健门诊常规体检的1 309名0~36月龄健康儿童,进行神经心理发育及喂养行为回顾性分析。【结果】影响婴幼儿神经心理发育的主要因素包括母亲文化程度与喂养行为中的喂养环境,喂养环境评分在6月龄以上与神经心理发育呈正相关。【结论】喂养行为中的喂养环境影响婴幼儿神经心理发育,加强喂养人喂养教育,可以有效促进婴幼儿神经心理发育。
【Objective】 To study the relationship between infant feeding behavior and neuropsychological development and provide basis for clinical intervention. 【Methods】 A total of 1 309 healthy children aged 0-36 months from January 2004 to December 2007 in our hospital child health clinic were retrospectively analyzed for neuropsychological development and feeding behavior. 【Results】 The main factors influencing the neuropsychological development of infants and young children included the educational level of mother and the feeding environment in feeding behavior. The feeding environment score was positively correlated with neuropsychological development at 6 months of age. 【Conclusion】 The feeding environment affects the neuropsychological development of infants and young children and the feeding education of feeding people can effectively promote the neuropsychological development of infants.
