包覆层作为固体火箭发动机装药的重要组成部分,其厚度是火箭发动机的内弹道性能以及使用寿命的重要影响因素之一。现设计出一套采用刮涂工艺的包覆层自动成型系统,它包括机械系统和控制系统。控制系统提供了人性化的操作界面,拥有自动控制和手动控制两种控制方式,满足了不同场合的操作需求,多功能集成的一键操作降低了系统操作难度。试验结果表明:本套系统可以满足各项工艺要求。
