人才所带来的巨大效益及其在企业发展中的重要作用,使得人才大战不仅呈现全球性,而且招数层出,愈演愈烈。在这种形势下,为了扩大人才规模,我们以超常规的精神,强化措施,争取主动,保证了人才引进的数量和质量。 一是高薪聘才。人才的价格应体现其价值。受解决企业快速发展对高科技人才的需求矛盾,必须遵循人才市场的价值规律,采取高薪政策。如1996年底,我们到各院校招聘硕士研究生,月薪定在2000元,结果仅招聘了22人。
