采用玻片浸渍法 ,测定桔全爪螨对三氯杀螨醇、哒螨灵的抗药性。结果表明 :桔全爪螨对 15 %哒螨灵乳油未产生抗性 ,对2 0 %三氯杀螨醇乳油达中抗水平 ,抗性倍数为 2 3 87倍。
Using glass slide dipping method, the resistance of citrus mite to dicofol and pyridaben was determined. The results showed that there was no resistance to 15% pyridaben, while 20% to dicofol 50%. The resistance ratio was 2387 times.
