目的观察无人区电轴在人群中的发生率。方法2256例健康体检者和4496例住院人群的心电图资料,用目测法测定额面心电轴。结果健康体检组和住院人群组无人区电轴发生率分别为1.06%和1.04%。健康组中男、女性的无人区电轴发生率分别为1.35%和0.32%。住院组中男、女性的无人区电轴发生率分别为1.61%和0.45%。无人区电轴的发生存在性别差异,无论是健康组还是住院组,男女构成均是以男性为主。结论无人区电轴在人群中发生率较低,男性略多于女性。
Objective To observe the incidence of unmanned axis in the human population. Methods The electrocardiogram data of 2256 healthy subjects and 4496 hospitalized patients were measured by visual inspection. Results The incidences of unacceptable electrical axis were 1.06% and 1.04% in healthy group and hospitalized group, respectively. In the healthy group, the incidence of unmanned axis in male and female was 1.35% and 0.32% respectively. The incidence of uninhabited electrical axis was 1.61% and 0.45% respectively in male and female hospitalized group. There are gender differences in the incidence of unmanned electric axis, whether male or female, both healthy and inpatient groups. Conclusion The uninhabited axis has a lower incidence in the population, with slightly more males than females.
