以铂类为主的联合化疗广泛用于治疗上皮性卵巢癌,本院自1989年1月始统一采用PC方案(即顺铂或卡铂和环磷酰胺方案)治疗此类患者。由于环磷酰胺代谢物和顺铂均与血清蛋白有高结合率,因此,血清蛋白水平的降低可使药物游离部分的浓度增加,由此推测由化疗药物所引起的骨髓、肾毒性也将增加。我们通过测定卵巢癌患者化疗前的血清白蛋白水平、化疗前后的外周血白细胞数(表示骨髓毒性)和血清肌酐值(表示肾毒性),探讨化疗前低血清白蛋白水平与铂类为主的联合化疗对骨髓、肾毒性的潜在影响。
