进行液压试验之前,管道内已经安装好的阀门需要进行正确的处理,以免影响液压试验的正常进行或避免液压试验对阀门造成损坏;同时,应尽量保留阀门在管道中,以减少阀门拆除和回装的工作量。文章根据阀门的自身特点,讨论了阀门在管道液压试验中的两类处理方法,一类是把阀门从管道中拆除,不参入管道的液压试验;另一类是把阀门保留在管道中,以开或者关的状态和管道一起进行液压试验。
