随着精密与超精密加工技术的不断发展和成熟,将振动辅助切削技术应用到精密与超精密加工中去已成为发展的一个必然趋势。结合国内外研究人员的研究成果,介绍了超声振动辅助切削技术的基本原理,综述了超声振动辅助切削技术的优势以及研究现状。
With the continuous development and maturity of precision and ultra-precision machining technology, the application of vibration-assisted cutting technology to precision and ultra-precision machining has become an inevitable trend of development. Combined with the research results of researchers at home and abroad, the basic principle of ultrasonic vibration assisted cutting technology is introduced. The advantages and research status of ultrasonic vibration assisted cutting technology are summarized.
