基于耦合模理论,利用数值解法对啁啾光纤光栅特性进了全面的分析,并利用柱面镜全息曝光干涉法制作啁啾光纤光栅图形,和反应离子束刻蚀法在光纤上制作出啁啾光纤光栅,实验结果表明,这种方法制作的啁啾光纤光栅的线性度好,并且易于实现啁啾系数可调的光纤光栅
Based on the coupled-mode theory, the characteristics of chirped fiber gratings are analyzed by numerical method. Chirped fiber grating patterns are fabricated by the lenticular holographic exposure interferometry and chirped by reactive ion beam etching The experimental results show that the chirped fiber grating fabricated by this method has good linearity and easy to implement fiber grating with adjustable chirp coefficient
