我省现有文教科研卫生等事业单位87,017个。1982年以来,我们积极配合主管部门,对一部分有条件的事业单位推行了企业化管理,取得了一定成效。到1985年底,全省文教科研卫生等事业单位开始实行企业化管理的已有3,816个,其中:达到经费自给或自给有余的单位674个,开始逐年抵减事业费的单位207个。据初步统计,全省有收入的事业单位,1985年纯收入达8,041万元,其中:用于事业发展的5,255
There are currently 87,017 institutions in our province such as education, teaching, research and health. Since 1982, we have actively cooperated with the competent authorities and implemented the enterprise management of some of the conditional public institutions, and achieved some success. By the end of 1985, there had been 3,816 enterprises under the administration of culture, education, scientific research and health in the province starting to implement enterprise management. Among them, 674 were self-sufficient or self-sufficient funds, and 207 were deducted from business expenses each year.
