中国人民政治协商会议第十届全国委员会第四次会议圆满完成各项议程,3月13日上午在人民大会堂闭幕。3月14日上午,第十届全国人民代表大会第四次会议闭幕。闭幕后温家宝总理举行了记者招待会。至此2006年“两会”胜利落下帷幕。让我们再回过头来梳理一下那些重要的片断,我们发现在这短短的一周里委员和代表们为国家兴旺建言献策,为民族富强鼓声呐喊;他们关心时政、关注民生;为改革加油,为民主助力……身处其间不由得人不振奋,不由得人不深思。本刊特辑政协第十届全国委员会第四次会议期间委员们关注中国人力资源开发的热点问题与读者共商,希望在以后的工作中为此共尽绵薄之力,共促我国人才资源繁荣。
The Fourth Session of the Tenth National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference successfully completed the various agenda and closed the Great Hall of the People on the morning of March 13. On the morning of March 14, the Fourth Session of the Tenth National People’s Congress ended. After the speech Premier Wen Jiabao held a press conference. So far in 2006 “two sessions” victory came to an end. Let us go back and sort out the important pieces. We find that in these short weeks, members and deputies have offered advice and proposals for the prosperity of the country and shouted loudly for the prosperity of the nation. They are concerned about the current affairs and people’s livelihood, For the help of democracy ... ... in the meantime could not help people not excited, could not help people not thinking deeply. During the Fourth Session of the Tenth National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, members paid close attention to the hot issues concerning the development of human resources in China and held discussions with readers. We hope that we will make a total contribution to this end and promote the prosperity of our human resources.
