校企合作是高等职业院校培养适应市场需求人才的重要办学思路,为此就需要一大批的双师型教师作为学校与企业深入合作的桥梁,本文通过笔者在企业调研和时间,对电子商务专业的校企合作和人才培养提出了一定的建议。
The cooperation between school and enterprise is an important train of thought for higher vocational colleges to train talented people who meet the needs of the market. For this reason, a large number of double-qualified teachers are needed as a bridge for in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises.
