市售食品很多都是用塑料袋包装的。这种包装由于密封性能好、装璜美观、安全可靠、经久耐用,应用较广。但是,由于封口牢固,加之有些塑料袋质地较坚硬,很不容易拆开。如果徒手盲目硬撕,很费气力,甚至会把袋整个扯破,造成食品洒落;如果用刀、剪开拆,又挺烦琐。这常给消费者带来一定的麻烦。笔者在日常工作中,常需开拆一定数量的塑料包装袋,久之便从中摸索出一个开拆技巧:先把要拆的袋拿在手中,看看开口在何处、质地怎样、需要用多大气力;为了不让食品洒落再看看是否需要把袋放在桌面上或容器内。开拆时先用两手食指和大姆指分别揪住袋的反正两面,约上1/6处。此时
