为了评价多序参量影响的耗散结构制造信息系统的健康状态,定义有序度作为评价制造信息系统有序程度的测度指标。选定多个相互独立的序参量对系统有序度从不同维度进行度量,并计算其当量有序度;确定每个序参量的权重,计算制造信息系统的有序度。使用本评价方法对山西某制造企业进行有序度评价,得到产品质量和利润率对有序度的影响数据,数据表明当各序参量对有序度作用的权重相同时,制造信息系统处于最佳健康状态。
In order to evaluate the health status of manufacturing information system with dissipative structure influenced by multi-order parameters, order degree is defined as a measure index to evaluate the orderliness of manufacturing information system. Selecting a plurality of mutually independent order parameters to measure the degree of order of the system from different dimensions and calculating its degree of order of equivalence; determining the weight of each order parameter, and calculating the degree of order of the manufacturing information system. Using this evaluation method to evaluate the degree of order of a certain manufacturing enterprise in Shanxi Province, the data on the effects of product quality and profit rate on the degree of order are obtained. The data show that when the order parameters have the same degree of weight on the degree of ordering, the manufacturing information system is the most Good health status.
